There are a lot of doggie daycares around town, but somehow we kept hearing the name “PUPTOWN CHARLOTTE” over and over.  Owned by local Charlottean and Charlotte Country Day grad, Kristen Hall, and just opened in April 2009, we decided to go see what all hype was about.  It was immediate MAMA love.

An avid doggie lover, Kristen designed every inch of the Puptown facility to perfectly fit the needs of her canine kiddies.  With dog friendly floors, a super clean and easily monitored outdoor play area, constant attention from the staff, tons of canine friends, and even separate areas for big and little pups, Puptown is dog heaven.

In addition, Kristen’s human customers are also completely enamored with Puptown, as evidenced by the online reviews and excited emails we received.  With services including Web cams that can be accessed through their Web site, holiday “pup parties” full of treats and costumes, a free first visit, a doggie board full of pictures of the “chillins,” a highly lovable and experienced staff, and even a personal daily email with updates and pictures of your pup, there’s not much more you can ask for.

Puptown literally has doggie love oozing through the walls.  Kristen and her staff are amazing and we found ourselves wishing we were pups ourselves so we could stay and play!  We are pretty sure that Puptown will soon have one, very long woofing list…. What?
