After looking at the picture to your left, we’re pretty sure that no text is even necessary.  Holy delicious … (pause) … give. us. mini. cupcake. now. we. want. 100000.

Emily Conrad, a former employee at a local sports marketing agency and current teaching student at UNCC, has started a business that we feel (unfortunately for our youth) will be a runaway hit!  Sorry kids, teacher’s got to bake.

FROST MY CAKES is a home-based mini-cupcake business that has already garnered clients like Hendrick Motorsports (yes, we mean Junior, Jeff, and Jimmie’s team), among others.  FMC offers these bite-sized wonders in flavors such as “I Heart Chocolate” (chocolate cake topped with chocolate butter cream frosting and a cherry) and “Plain Jane” (white cake topped with vanilla butter cream frosting and colorful sprinkles), and is also able to customize icing on any order of plain chocolate or vanilla cake flavors.

Hold on, we need to drool………….OK.

Orders come by the dozen and FMC needs at least 48 hours advance notice for orders.   OH, and they deliver!  $5.00 for inside Charlotte and $10.00 for outside.
