“Get in my BELLY!”  Yes, please.  Regardless of your view of Charlotte restaurants (we love them), the one sure thing is that we have a lot of them, including a healthy dose of local grub.  Sometimes, however, these amazing local places get lost in the shuffle as Charlotte continues to boom forward.  Let us not forget, however, that it’s things like Bonterra’s stained glass windows, Cafe Monte’s hot French waiter, and Upstream’s Tower of awesomeness that make Charlotte the b.o.m.b.

Thus, in an attempt to create a healthy friendship between Charlotte’s local, independent restaurants and the residents of the QC, 26 local restaurants, including (but not limited to) Zink, Custom Shop, Andrew Blair’s, Noble’s, Pie Town, and M5, have come together to create EATCHARLOTTE.NET.  Launching TODAY, their website will feature regular specials that can only be found at the participating local venues.

For example, from TODAY through JUNE 27, every EatCharlotte restaurant will feature a selection of half-price bottles of wine. Are you serious?  I.V. in arm = check.
