Kiss the Cook

cookbookDang we’re busy.  Who has time to slave over the stove all day just waiting for the joyous moment when we can sing, “Hi dear!  How was your day?”  Not us.  BUT even so, and even in these changing times, we MUST still remember to take care of our big daddy.  Seriously, look what happened to Elin Woods when she chose to hit her husband with a golf club instead of cook for him… (Oooo, THAT was so wrong and completely uncalled for…)

If you are looking for a way to cook a great meal in HALF the time with ALL of the satisfaction of knowing that you are also donating to a great cause, check out MAKE IT EASY:  A SIMPLE GUIDE TO WEEKNIGHT MEALS! Complied by two Charlotte residents, Kimberly Mize and Laura Monk and on the market TODAY, this amazing cookbook includes 300 super-duper easy recipes that will literally give you your life back.  AND, every penny of the net proceeds go straight to United Family Services so you will also be helping countless victims of domestic violence.

We took a good gander at one of these beauts and did the “Oh my goodness, oh my goodness.  This is incredible.  Oh, and it’s so CUTE!”  With fab graphics, a waterproof three-ring binder that allows for future chapters, and recipes that make your mouth water, this is a no brainer.  Seriously, there are over thirty recipes for your Crock-Pot alone.  That just saved you days.

Sorry Elin.  If only you had known…*

To order, email your name, addy, phone, email and number of cookbooks requested to:  makeiteasycookbook@gmail.com.  Each book costs $16 but consider adding some extra $$ in your check to help UFS.

*We’re in no way endorsing Tiger Woods’ actions.  Just making jokes folks.
